Christmas at LUNCH
Enjoy the festive atmosphere by Vang Harbour

When summer has long since left Vang and the days grow short, we switch on the Christmas lights at LUNCH and open our doors again.

LUNCH is open for lunch every Advent weekend from 12 noon to 4 pm.

The restaurant is decorated for Christmas with fir branches, beautiful baubles and plenty of lights. Enjoy a festive lunch, a good glass of wine and the cosy Christmas atmosphere while looking out over Vang Harbour and the waves of the Baltic Sea.

Or stop by after a walk through Vang Granite Quarry. Come in from the cold and enjoy a glass of warm mulled wine, hot chocolate or coffee with a little Christmas treat.

Take a moment to relax by Vang Harbour — December doesn’t always have to be busy.

The X-mas menu consists of

Pickled fried herring with root vegetables, onions and capers

Cold-smoked salmon with dill cream, frisée and crispy browned butter

Confit young duck leg with morel sauce and a Jerusalem artichoke croquette, apples and leeks

Chocolate truffle cake with sorbet and berry compote
